Our new favourite hotel in Lombok
we loved this resort....the room was so comfortable and clean and serviced daily by lovely staff....the hotel right next to the ocean is so peaceful and relaxing. Dining is wonderful also right next to the ocean and the staff can't do enough for you....Great variety of meals to choose from and the breakfast buffet had so many choices.
It is one of the few places we didn’t want to venture out from when normally we want to explore town etc although we did go to the new animal park…
the rest of the time lay around like great big lazy people on one of the very comfortable sun beds! pure bliss…

Quiet luxury with heart
Some places get the details right. This place gets everything right. The service is effortlessly world-class, better than many of the biggest luxury hotel brands, yet delivered with the warmth and sincerity of family. Every single person we met, from the front desk to the boathouse and housekeeping, greeted us with genuine smiles and an eagerness to help. That kind of hospitality can't be taught. It's something truly special.
The property itself is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, creating a sense of calm at every turn. Every meal at Layar and The Kliff was exceptional. Cocktails at L1 were the perfect way to watch the day drift by, and the spa was pure bliss. Alsp loved that you could snorkel right by the hotel or chase the sunset out on a kayak.
Thank you for creating something so rare. I hope you never lose this magic. We’ll be back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Family Stay
We had a wonderful stay with our family. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was peaceful. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Wonderful stay in Lombok.
The hotel is a real treat for the eyes! At every moment of the day, in any place, the view is magnificent. You want to try everything. There are several types of lounge chairs and they are not overcrowded (no need to go put your towel down at 6 a.m.).
The restaurant along the sea is pleasant. We had a room with an ocean view and what a joy to hear the sound of the waves. We were 2 adults and 1 child of 5 years old and she slept on the bench seat (for an additional fee).
The staff is very attentive and the hotel is very well maintained. Nice gym and the massage was very pleasant. We only did one excursion (Gili Islands) via an external operator and it was fantastic. You should bring water shoes and maybe a little vest for the evening.

Beautiful Lombok
Beautiful hotel with the most stunning views. Rooms and hotel is elegantly designed. I had the most wonderful stay with my family. The service was exceptional. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will highly recommend to anyone visiting Lombok.

Fabulous
Our stay at the Katamaran Resort was simply wonderful. The location is spectacular: a place where the beauty of nature blends with an atmosphere of peace and relaxation, offering views that will remain etched in our memories. We greatly appreciated the impeccable cleanliness of the entire property and the great professionalism of the staff, always smiling, helpful, and attentive to every need. A special thanks goes to the restaurant staff, who with their kindness and cordiality made us feel truly pampered.
The cuisine was another very pleasant surprise: excellent dishes, prepared with care and rich in flavors that made us fall in love with this land even more.
Since it was our honeymoon in Indonesia, the Katamaran Resort made this experience even more special. We will carry in our hearts not only the extraordinary beauty of the place, but also the authentic welcome and the emotions it gave us. A place that we recommend with all our heart and to which we hope to return one day.
