  • Duty Manager

    General Requirements:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field will be highly valued.
    • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Front Office or guest services, with supervisory experience preferred, ideally within a luxury resort or upscale hotel.
    • Confident in both written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
    • A hands-on leader who is proactive, dependable, and ready to take charge when it matters.
    • Strong guest-focused mindset with the ability to create smooth and memorable experiences.
    • Calm under pressure, with solid problem-solving skills and the confidence to handle guest concerns effectively.
    • Well-groomed, detail-oriented, and maintains a high level of professionalism at all times.
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
    • Solid working knowledge of Front Office systems (VHP experience will be highly preferred).

  • Asst. FB Manager

    General Requirements:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field will be highly valued.
    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a luxury resort or upscale dining environment.
    • Confident in both written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
    • A hands-on leader who leads by example and knows how to motivate and develop the team.
    • Strong passion for service, with an eye for detail and a commitment to creating elevated dining experiences.
    • Solid understanding of restaurant and bar operations, including service standards, guest engagement, and quality control.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest feedback in a calm and professional manner.
    • Well-groomed, detail-oriented, and maintains a high level of professionalism.
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
    • Solid working knowledge of the VHP system is essential.
    • Good understanding of POS systems and basic cost control, with the ability to support smooth day-to-day operations.
    • Strong coordination skills with the ability to work closely with kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • Guest Service Agent / Guest Relation Officer

    General Requirements:

    • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field will be an advantage.
    • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office or guest service, preferably in a luxury resort or upscale hotel.
    • Confident in both written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
    • A warm, friendly personality with a genuine passion for connecting with guests and creating memorable experiences.
    • Well-groomed, with a strong sense of professionalism and attention to detail.

  • HK Supervisor

    General Requirements:

    • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or a related field will be an advantage.
    • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Housekeeping, with supervisory experience preferred, ideally in a luxury resort or upscale hotel.
    • Confident in basic English communication; able to understand and respond to guest needs.
    • A hands-on leader who leads by example and ensures high standards are consistently maintained.
    • Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest comfort.
    • Well-groomed, organized, and maintains a high level of professionalism.
    • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong coordination skills with the ability to work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
    • Confident in handling guest requests and resolving issues in a calm and professional manner.
    • Confident in using the VHP system to support daily Housekeeping operations and reporting.
    • Good understanding of housekeeping procedures, including room inspection, public area standards, and inventory control.

  • CDP Pastry

    General Requirements:

    • Diploma or professional certification in Culinary Arts, Pastry, or a related field will be highly valued.
    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pastry or bakery, with experience as Demi Chef or similar role preferred, ideally in a luxury resort, hotel, or high-end bakery.
    • A strong passion for pastry with creativity and attention to detail in presentation and taste.
    • Good understanding of pastry techniques, baking methods, and dessert plating.
    • Able to maintain consistency, quality, and hygiene standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
    • Well-organized, disciplined, and able to manage time and production efficiently.
    • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support overall kitchen operations.
    • Confident in handling daily pastry preparation, mise en place, and assisting in menu development when needed.
    • Strong awareness of food safety, hygiene, and proper storage standards.
    • Comfortable working flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
    • Basic understanding of cost control and ingredient management to support efficient kitchen operations.
